Terms and Conditions for The Hemline Programs and Website
Effective Date: August 15, 2025
Welcome to The Hemline, a dual-model organization operating as both a for-profit and nonprofit entity (collectively “The Hemline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), dedicated to storytelling, cyclical care, ancestral wellness, and community advocacy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any of our programs, use of our website (the “Website”), and access to any services, resources, or materials we provide.
By enrolling in a program, attending an event, purchasing a product, or accessing our Website, you agree to these Terms. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in our programs or use our Website.
Eligibility for Participation in Programs
You certify that you meet all applicable eligibility criteria for the program or service you are engaging with. Some programs—such as grants, wellness circles, or mentorship opportunities—may have additional requirements, including but not limited to:
Age or residency requirements
Identity or demographic criteria for targeted initiatives
Agreement to any supplemental guidelines, participant agreements, or intake forms
We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide during registration or application. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in removal from a program.
Program Services and Limitations
Our programs may include—but are not limited to—community education, wellness initiatives, artistic residencies, coaching services, donation-based offerings, product distribution, and online/virtual resources.

For-Profit Activities: Purchases of products, coaching, or events are governed by our standard payment terms.
Nonprofit Activities: Donations and gift-based contributions are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Some programs may offer partial or full subsidies, stipends, or vouchers; these are non-transferable and may only be used as designated. Misuse may result in forfeiture.
